On December 5th the San Jose Fire Department and the Fire Museum participated in the 2010 Holiday Parade on the streets in down town San Jose. This was the 29th year of this Holiday tradition which brought out approximately 100,000 spectators. The Fire Museum had five apparatus in the parade including a 1905 Cadillac in which Fire Chief Willie McDonald led the way. Former SJFD Captain Sam Seibert was driven in the 1928 Torpedo in which he was very instrumental in the frame off restoration. Sam began his career with the SJFD in 1946 and retired in 1976.
